Orders & Payments
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Available payment methods, including card payments processed by Stripe and PayPal, are displayed at checkout. A confirmation email means we received your order; it does not guarantee availability or shipment. We may cancel an order affected by stock, pricing, payment, address, fraud-prevention, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel a paid item, we will refund it to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. Product prices and availability may change before an order is placed. We may correct obvious errors, but we will contact you before making any material change to a confirmed order.
Privacy Policy
We collect information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing details, order history, support messages, and marketing preferences. We also receive limited device, cookie, and site-usage information. Payment details are processed by our payment providers; AvenVix does not store full card numbers.
We use information to operate the store, process payments and orders, arrange delivery, provide tracking and support, prevent fraud, improve the site, comply with legal obligations, and send marketing only when you opt in.
We share only what is reasonably needed with service providers that help run the store, including Wix, Stripe, PayPal, fulfillment and logistics partners, email providers, analytics providers, and authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information for money.
The site uses essential cookies and may use analytics and preference cookies. Browser controls can limit cookies, although some store functions may not work correctly without essential cookies.
Products & Site Use
We work to present product descriptions, dimensions, colors, and images accurately. Screen settings, manufacturing updates, and packaging may create minor differences that do not affect normal use. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is processed.
Use the site only for lawful personal shopping. Do not interfere with the site, misuse its content, attempt fraud, or copy AvenVix branding without permission. Products must be used according to their instructions and for their intended purpose. To the extent permitted by law, AvenVix is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law gives you.

Marketing emails are optional. You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email or by contacting info@avenvix.com. Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We may retain records needed for orders, refunds, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.
